Tigran Virabyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia, received Zuzana Ceralová Petrofová, owner and CEO of Czech piano manufacturer ‘Petrof’. Petr Pirunčík, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Armenia, also attended the meeting.

Welcoming the guests, Deputy Minister Virabyan highlighted the strong bilateral cultural ties between Armenia and the Czech Republic. He noted that ‘Petrof’s’ high-quality pianos are well known and widely appreciated by Armenian musicians and the general public.

Presenting the company’s cooperation proposal, Zuzana Ceralová Petrofová explained that Petrof manufactures pianos and other high-quality musical instruments in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.

The parties discussed opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation and develop future joint initiatives. Addressing potential next steps, Virabyan noted that the relevant proposals would be discussed with stakeholder organizations and music education institutions.

The meeting also covered cultural exchanges, including joint concert programs and other initiatives aimed at strengthening professional and creative ties between Armenia and the Czech Republic.
