The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry), in accordance with the Decree No. 700-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On the approval of the procedure for the admission of foreign citizens, as well as family members of diplomats working in diplomatic missions of the Republic of Armenia in foreign states, to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia.” dated April 28, 2011, launches the submission of documents of foreign citizens (including Diaspora Armenians) for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia offering higher educational programs for the 2026-2027 academic year through the fs.emis.am online platform within the following deadlines (applicant’s guide is attached):
- For admission of foreign citizens, particularly Diaspora Armenians, to full-time tuition-free Bachelor’s program (specialties in the field of Armenian studies, pedagogy and art) - from June 22 to August 24, 2026
- For admission to full-time with tuition fee Bachelor’s program, as well as continuous and integrated educational programs, including admission to the preparatory courses - from June 22 to September 30, 2026
- For admission to full-time with tuition fee Master’s program, including admission to the preparatory courses - from June 22 to October 15, 2026
- For admission to part-time with tuition fee Bachelor’s and Master’s programs - from June 22 to October 16, 2026
- For admission to Doctoral program with tuition fee - from June 22 to November 13, 2026
